Her teaching style is playful with an emphasis on engaging with movement as an experience rather than a performance.
She leads her sessions with humour & focuses on the personalised experience of every student in every class.
Partner Yoga & Supper Club
Following a partner yoga session we will provide delicious food & drink for everyone to enjoy together. This is a great opportunity for the team to come together, and a fantastic addition to your social calendar as it is a really inclusive event.
Practical Meditation & Sound Bath
After learning some practical meditation techniques, students will be guided through a beautiful sound bath bringing them in to an effortless meditative state. At the end of the session students will feel a deep sense of calm, and will have tools to bring this in to their everyday life.
A fun and a fantastic way to get to know your team better. After warming up the body we will work in groups to create some shapes together. No experience is necessary and we can tailor this session to suit everyone.
