Tracy is a registered osteopath who trained in premedicine, is degreed in psychology and is a qualified health coach.
She has over a decade of experience in community mental health and wellbeing education.
Tracy has also specifically trained in cognitive behavioral therapy specific to supporting people with insomnia.
Her aim in working with people is to help them improve their lives and teach them the skills they need to stay better.

An empowering workshop looking at how to manage the pain response on a physical and physiological level. Understanding when pain is real or imagined, and offering practical tips for both. Incredibly useful for people with recurring pain, often seen in the back, neck and shoulder for office workers.
DIY Desk Assessment
During an office walk around, we will train your team to prepare any space they use from an ergonomic perspective for optimal health. Looking at people’s personal space, hot desks, and lounge areas. After this workshop participants will be able to share their new knowledge with the rest of the team.
