Back to Basics - Traditional Martial Arts
Taking martial arts back to the fundamentals. This session is designed to calm the mind and strengthen the body through drills, breath work and an introduction to the heart of martial arts
David has over 30 years’ experience teaching martial arts and dance, and has competed successfully in both at international level.
After he finished competing David helped to set up a number of martial arts schools across London and pushed the sport forward.
David studied at the highly regarded National Academy of Sports Medicine in the United States and is a qualified personal trainer and sports performance specialist, with a keen interest in biomechanics.
David is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Gaijin MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) team who you might know from their competition successes.
Running for Office - Desk to 5km
Our running sessions can be tailored around you. Working on a desk to 5km, setting up a running club or helping your team to complete their next team race. Using running techniques, tips & drills to drive success.
In this session participants will learn basic self defense techniques that will boost their confidence and leave them feeling empowered. Everyone will learn something valuable in this session & we always get fantastic feedback.
This session looks at the evolution of movement and guides participants through each stage helping them to mobilise their mind and body. Based on exploratory movement this session is great fun!
Ballroom & Latin For Beginners
A super fun session for all the budding strictly come dancing participants out there! Suitable for absolutely everyone, even those with two left feet. Focusing on twinkle toes, jazz hands and great times!
