This is a practical & interactive workshop aimed at empowering students to take charge of their physical & mental wellbeing. Participants will learn to work with self-massage techniques to ease pain and promote better physical and mental wellness.
Anna is an absolute powerhouse. She began her career eighteen years ago and has supported people from all walks of life find health and wellness in a way that is accessible to them.
She is a specialist in working with people in pain, taking referrals from the Back Clinic at the Royal London Hospital. She helps people find ease in their body and enjoyment in movement.

An interactive session focused on understanding how and why back pain can occur and offering practical tips on how to manage light, acute or chronic pain and live a pain free.
Relax With Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique which can activate participants natural healing processes and boost peoples physical and emotional well-being. This session can be done in a group or on a 1:1 basis.
Troubleshoot for Tips
A chance to bring any health-related questions to the table in a safe space. These sessions are always super lively and filled with practical advice based on real life case studies.
